The Jackson House was founded by Entrepreneur German Jackson in the Jim Crow era to provide African Americans and people of color a place to stay during their travels in Harrisburg.   The Jackson house is a 5600 sq ft building that will feature four 2 bedroom units and a 900 sq ft commercial space and a rooftop deck for guests to enjoy.

Branch Estates is a 44-unit, mixed use Affordable Housing Senior Living Project.  Branch Estates features 3,000 square feet of retail, a community room, fitness Facility, spacious floor plans, and plenty of modern amenities at affordable rental rates.  This community is for Seniors 55+ and is a smoke free environmentally friendly community

Bethel Village is 49-unit mixed use Affordable Housing Senior Living Project.  The project has over 2,000 square feet of Retail space, State of the art fitness facility and rooftop deck that will complement the views of the Capital. This community is pet friendly and environmentally conscience

The Swallow Mansion is named after Presidential Candidate Silas Swallow.  Swallow Mansion is 3600 sq ft and consists of 4 spacious apartments and one 900 sq ft commercial space that features scenic views of the capital complex.

Olde Cobbs Manor is a 27 unit market rate development in the rising neighborhood of Cobbs Creek in Philadelphia. All units are one bedroom and feature optimal living space at a reasonable rate. This Project is scheduled for completion in November 2020.
